The newest addition to our SouthBay Collection, the deep seating group, is expertly crafted using the world's finest teak, coupled with the strength of mortise and tenon joinery. Bring the comfort of your inside living room outdoors with the combination of weather resistant teak and Sunbrella fabric. The armchair, loveseat, sofa, and ottoman are all constructed with 6" thick beautiful comfortable cushions that will last outdoors without mildew, and minimal discoloration. It comes in knocked down, with easy assembly.

  • Warranty Term: Anderson honors the Limited Warranty to the original retail purchaser, to be free from the manufacturing defects and workmanship, but does not include any small crack in the end grain of wooden furniture. Anderson will be responsible, within one year from the date of purchase, reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace the defective parts excluding shipping cost from the retailer to and from Anderson or a repair center appointed by the Customer Service Department of Anderson to the original purchaser. After one year from the date of purchaser, the customer will be responsible to packing, and all the shipping and transportation costs. A 1-Year Limited Warranty is given to all frames used in upholstered chairs, love seats, sofas, ottomans, loungers, benches and tables for commercial use. However, a 2-Year Limited Warranty is given for residential use for the same products mentioned above.

    Order Confirmation:

    As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

    Order Shipment:

    All In-stock items will ship in 3 to 5 business days. Average ship times for in-stock items take 1-7 business days to your residence. We will send tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide while you check out.  For out of stock items, the average time is 5 to 10 business days. The average time of backorder is 4-5 weeks. We will reach out to you via e-mail or phone if your item is on backorder or needs to go through manufacturing processing. We will notify you the estimated shipping date and confirm if you want to continue processing the order.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@americanteak.com

    Damages:

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@americanteak.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within 3 days.

    Cancellations & Refunds:

    All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

    Returns:

    American Teak has a 15 day return policy starting from date of purchase. In order to be eligible for our return policy, the product must be returned in its original condition with original packaging, and ALL parts including: instructions, warranties, hardware. All returns must be pre-authorized by contacting support at returns@americanteak.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once we have processed your return request, we will send you return instructions including warehouse address where product is to be returned. You will be responsible for shipping costs, including shipping insurance, and a 15% restocking fee. Once the returned item has been received by our warehouse, and the product meets our criteria for returns (perfect condition, original packaging all parts and materials accounted for), we will refund you the cost you paid for the product minus the original shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order. American Teak has the right to refuse any return that is damaged, or has missing parts/material or is not in original packaging. American Teak will not be responsible for any damages on product(s) after the original shipment has been accepted and signed for by you (the buyer). Absolutely no returns after 15 days from date of purchase.

    We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.  If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

    To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.
